How to appeal
Email andrewhoops@courtpickup.com with the subject “Appeal — [your username].” Include your account email, username, the decision or content involved, approximate date, and a concise explanation of why the decision should change. Do not resend harmful content unless requested.
Review targets
- We target acknowledgment within 2 business days.
- We target a decision within 10 business days, though complex safety, fraud, or legal reviews may require more time.
- When practical, the appeal will be reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker.
Possible outcomes
We may uphold, reverse, or modify the original action. We will explain the outcome to the extent we can without exposing another person’s private information, investigative methods, or safety-sensitive details. Restrictions needed to address an urgent risk may remain active during review.
Fair use of appeals
Good-faith appeals and reports are protected from retaliation. Repeated abusive submissions, threats, or attempts to evade enforcement may lead to additional restrictions.
