Response targets
- Urgent threats or credible imminent-harm reports: prioritized immediately when received.
- Ordinary safety and moderation reports: initial review target within 24 hours.
- General account and technical support: response target within 2 business days.
- Appeals: acknowledgment target within 2 business days.

Emergency notice
This inbox is monitored for support and moderation, but it is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Account deletion
To delete your account in the app, open Account Management and choose Permanently Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address associated with the account so we can verify and assist you.
