Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parental consent, you must have it.
- Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or transfer accounts.
Acceptable use
Follow the Community Standards and applicable laws. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, spam, interfere with the service, scrape data without permission, evade enforcement, or use Pick Up to arrange unlawful or dangerous conduct.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Pick Up a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to post it.
We may remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, investigate reports, or comply with law.
Real-world activities
Sports and in-person meetups involve risk. Court details, player identities, availability, skill levels, instructor claims, and location information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment, meet in appropriate public places, follow facility rules, and seek emergency help from local authorities when necessary. Pick Up is not an emergency service.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or content for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or service abuse. You may appeal eligible decisions. You may stop using Pick Up or permanently delete your account through Account Management.
Service and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful matches, the conduct of other users, or the accuracy of user-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
