What to report
- Threats, harassment, hate, sexual misconduct, child-safety concerns, stalking, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, dangerous conduct, or illegal activity.
- Problem messages in direct, game, court, and squad chats; player profiles; squad names, mottos, colors, or emblems; and uploaded photos or captions.
How reporting and blocking work
Open the relevant message, profile, squad, photo, or caption and choose Report. Include the clearest reason and useful context. Reports are confidential to the extent reasonably possible, but information may be shared when needed to investigate or protect people.
Blocking immediately hides that player’s messages and content from your experience where supported and prevents ordinary direct interaction. Unblocking is available from the same player controls. A block does not replace a report when safety review is needed.
Response targets
- Urgent threats and credible risks of imminent harm are prioritized immediately when received.
- Ordinary safety and moderation reports receive an initial review target within 24 hours.
- Complex investigations may take longer; we will take interim protective action when appropriate.
Emergencies and in-person safety
Pick Up and andrewhoops@courtpickup.com are not emergency services. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report the matter to Pick Up when safe.
Meet in appropriate public or staffed locations, tell someone your plans, verify event details, protect personal information, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
No retaliation
Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate the Community Standards.
